  1. Won't texting require a cellphone which requires money? So only those people who can afford a cellphone will be the only ones that will be heard? Lol, this is a major flaw, maybe Amnesty international should just give out written forms and collect them later?

  2. Yes, in impoverished countries, those are what people do. However, various health hazards as stated in the video can damage the well-being of those people (since they are obviously hazardous!), and that's a major human rights violation.
